experience in military, civilian, airline and drone operations and program management. He has an MBA in International Business and looks forward to lead the development of UAS implementation to improve peoples lives. He currently hold a Part 107 Certification.

Stephen Librando

Stephen is a drone enthusiast and former Navy Corpsman. He previously owned and managed a virtual reality arcade and currently shares his expertise with the BWA team. He looks forward to developing the drone industry on island.

Javier Jose Franquez Garrido
Director of  Product Design

Javier is currently a UOG student and is enlisted in the Army National Guard since 2018. He has over 5+ years experience in building and repairing FPV drones and attained his FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot license through UOG Drone Corps. He owes all of his success in the drone industry through his late father, Eric T. A. Garrido, who has been his greatest supporter when building his first FPV drone.
